MALTA

Home to the oldest free-standing ancient temples in the world and traditions that date back some 2,500 years, Malta, an archipelago in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast, is a fascinating country to explore. What makes Malta’s ruins so unique is their diversity. Over the centuries, the country saw itself occupied by a succession of rulers including the Romans, Moors, French and British. Beyond the history, Malta is a relaxing place with friendly locals, a bubbly Mediterranean lifestyle, nice beaches and excellent diving.
